  • We want you to keep smiling so we have a 2 day hassle-free return/exchange policy.
    You can return or exchange all new items within 2 days of receiving for a full refund or a size exchange or
    a totally different style.
    In case of refund – the amount will be refunded as Store credits or coupons. We do not provide cash
    Only Full priced items are eligible for returns. Items bought during Sale periods or under the
    slash sale category category are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
    Guidelines for Successful Returns / Exchanges
    • All products to be returned or exchanged must be in good condition, not worn or washed. Once we
    receive the product – they will go through a Quality Check after which the return or exchange shall be
    • Please ensure to pack the products in its original packing and intact with all tags, if any packaging or tags
    are missing the product will not be eligible for return.
    • Reverse pick-up is available only for items bought at MRP or original price. in case you want to exchange a discounted item then you have to self ship the item & pay for re-shipping as per actuals. 
  • If you require a refund please
    self ship the product to us on the address provided to you.
    • Reverse pick up will only be attempted once. If the attempt for pick up fails the customer is required to
    ship the product herself without any shipping reimbursement.
    • It may take upto to 10 working days for product to be picked up after return request has been raised
    successfully. We appreciate your patience however If you are in a hurry please self ship the product to
    • Once the pickup is done – it might take upto 3 weeks for the product to reach us and we will only be able
    to process exchanges once the garment reaches us. In case you want to speed things up you may self
    ship the garment back to us and Rs. 100 will be refunded in your account.
    How do I return the product?
    If you are unhappy with the product, please email or whatsapp us at
    9911673458 (we prefer messaging as it helps with record keeping) within 4 days of receiving with
    your Order Number and Reason for Return. In case of Fitting Problems please share an image of you
    wearing the dress for us to serve you better. 
    Once Return is raised, our Customer service team will reach out to you to understand the problem in
    detail and guide you about the reverse pick up process if applicable.
  • To claim a wrong or damaged product delivered please share complete unboxing video right from the start of opening the package. We will not be able to entertain you of we do not receive an unboxing video.
